So here’s how the past two weeks have gone: Plan, get materials, build, get materials, build, order stuff, re arrange, throw stuff out, clean, plan, build, order more stuff.

We just got finished building and hanging 6 acoustic panels in the basement (which is looking more like a studio now).  Also ordered a bunch of foam panels and glued them to the walls and ceiling (in an orderly manner) and I’m hoping I don’t start hallucinating from the spray adhesive we used.

Also, got a new keyboard, which I’m in love with.  AND getting a headphone amp soon so I can actually have multiple people on headphones with their own mix.

It’s been a lot of fun, and I actually feel up to working most of the time, stark contrast to the past…well, year.  I still have a few things planned to work on, then hopefully cranking out some quality recordings before the year ends.  I’ll post some pictures soon.
